Many people assume by exercise alone they will look great; this in actual fact is not true. Web sites you may have looked at will bang on about exercising but do not mention diet giving the impression that exercise is all you need.

Nutrition is equally as important and goes hand in hand with exercising.

You could do all the exercise in the world but without good nutrition you will never look as good or be as healthy. 50% of how you look is down to nutrition this is why I advise my clients to follow a well balanced diet, as they will train between 1 to 4 hours per week which will give them shape and tone but with a poor diet this will not show due to a high calorie intake or even to little protein causing muscle break down. Whilst exercising the body is stressed so in order for it to rehabilitate the right amount of nutrients are required.

I believe a healthy diet plays a key role in achieving results which will coincide with exercise.
