About Your Personal Trainer

From a young age I was keen in participating in various kinds of sport and exercises and therefore maintained a good level of fitness through out the years. Over the years I have learned from both success and mistakes when it comes to fitness and diet. I have worked in numerous trades from warehouses to construction, on many occasions travelling long distances but I always made the effort to train regularly.

I have always contemplated having a career as a Personal Trainer but I never took the step to make it a reality. Having gained custody of my 2 young children I was no longer able to work and this was the turning point for me into becoming a Personal Trainer. It was at this point my career path changed, it was now or never to have the career I was passionate about and so i studied in Personal Training courses.

In addition to qualifying as a Personal Trainer, I have also gained vast practical experience and believe the skills I have acquired will benefit my clients. I feel a great sense of achievement when my clients reach their goals, knowing that I have helped someone to achieve their goals and be happy is a good feeling.

Currently I am studying Applied Nutrition and I intend on continually learning and developing my skills within personal training to stay on top of the game.
