About Your Consultation

The consultation will last 1 hour (free of charge) and can be arranged at a location most convenient to you. You will need to complete some questionnaires and partake in fitness testing (suitable clothing is advisable) to evaluate your current level of fitness. This is also a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have with your Personal Trainer. The consultation will consist of: 

  • Health screening questionnaires: This will enable your Personal Trainer to establish your current level of health and fitness and any areas of concern relating to health
  • Static testing: The test consist of blood pressure, resting pulse rate, body fat measurements and more
  • Dynamic testing: Strength and weakness areas; strength, flexibility and aerobic system

With the information gathered from the consultation a programme can be designed specifically tailored to the clients needs. Thereafter we will discuss what exactly the client would want to gain from personal training.
