About fitness tracking and why we set goals
Fitness Tracking
From the initial consultation all the information collated will be stored as your baseline statistics. From then on every 4 - 6 weeks will follow a repeat of the dynamic and static testing where we can discover how you have improved, (if there are any areas where you have not improved we will be able to focus on this). This is a good way in finding out what is working for you and improve on what is not. With these 4 - 6 weeks tests you will be motivated more so from good results and bad. This will last approximately 45-60 minutes dependent on the level of fitness testing.
Goal Setting
So why do we set goals. Well think about it like this, if you had nothing to look forward to at the end of all your hard work dieting and exercising then why would you exercise in the first place. Goal setting is a real good way to keeping you focused on why you are doing all this exercising and dieting in the first place.
